We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.

• Used, damaged, or washed items will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, you will receive 80% of the product price as a refund.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable (both delivery and return shipping).

• Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrong items.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return.

• Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.
